Follow these steps to find your account number:

Mobile users:

1. Log in to your Betcris account.
2. In the bottom-right corner, tap the ‘Profile‘ icon. Look for the alphanumeric code in the top-left corner of your screen; this is your account number.

Desktop users:

1. Log in to your Betcris account.
2. In the top-right corner, click the person ‘Profile‘ icon.
3. Look for the alphanumeric code at the top of your screen; this is your account number.

To reset your security PIN, follow these steps:

Mobile users:

1. Select the ‘Profile‘ icon at the bottom of the page.
2. Choose ‘Security‘ from the menu.
3. Then select ‘Change PIN’. If you already have a PIN set, you will be able to see your current PIN. If you want to change it, enter the new number in New PIN (follow the required format instructions), re-enter it in Confirm PIN, and select ‘Save‘.

Desktop users:

1. Select the person icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
2. Choose ‘Security‘ from the menu.
3. Click ‘Change PIN‘. If you already have a PIN set, you will be able to see your current PIN. If you want to change it, enter the new number in New PIN (follow the required PIN format instructions), then re-enter it in Confirm PIN and select ‘Save‘.

Follow these steps to verify your balance:

Mobile users:

1. Log in to your Betcris account.
2. Tap the ‘Profile‘ icon at the bottom of the page. The system will display a menu where you can check your balances.

Desktop users:

1. Log in to your Betcris account.
2. Click the person ‘Profile‘ icon in the top-right corner of the page. The system will display a menu where you can check your balances.

The balances shown are as follows:
• Available: the total balance you can use to continue betting.
• Bet: the amount you have placed on recent bets that have not yet been settled.
• Total: the combined amount of your available and bet balances.
• Free Plays: represents the Free Plays available in your account.
• BetPoints: refers to the Betcris points earned and available for redemption.
• Rollover: refers to the requirement applied to deposits and bonuses, which must be met before making a withdrawal.

Mobile users:

1. Log in to your Betcris account.
2. Tap the ‘Profile‘ icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
3. Select ‘My Bets‘, then ‘Pending‘ to view your in-progress transactions.
4. Select ‘History‘ to review your weekly and monthly transactions.

Desktop users:

1. Log in to your Betcris account.
2. Click the ‘Profile‘ icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
3. Select ‘My Bets‘, then ‘Pending‘ to view your in-progress transactions.
4. Select ‘History‘ to review your weekly and monthly transactions.

Follow these steps to make deposits and withdrawals through the Cashier:

1. Log in to your Betcris account.
2. Click on ‘Cashier‘.
Mobile users: The Cashier is located in the top-left corner (three lines). This opens the hamburger menu; tap ‘Cashier‘.
Desktop users: The Cashier is located at the top of your screen. Select ‘Deposit‘ or ‘Withdrawal‘.
4. Choose one of the available methods.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Additionally, by clicking on your ‘Account‘ icon, you can view the history of your processed and pending transactions.
In this same section, you can also begin the verification of your identity and other account documents; these are required to make withdrawals from your Betcris account.
